Simon Reed (Director)
Simon Reed has extensive experience with the initial evaluation of major projects / developments and in particular the co-ordination of strategies for town planning and rezoning applications. He has managed rezoning amendment applications, planning strategy reviews and town planning applications in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, South Australia and New Zealand over the last 28 years. Simon has extensive contacts within the Town Planning, Planning Legal and Specialist Consultant field, therefore being able to access Specialist Consultancy advice in a broad range of disciplines, which may be required for the application process. Simon has been the Managing Director of Robert Luxmoore Project Management (RLPM) since 1991. RLPM have been managing the development and planning of the UFWA winds farms of Crookwell 2, Darlington and Berrybank from their Melbourne office.

Adam Proctor (Director - MBA, BE Mech)
Adam is a senior project manager with over 10 years experience on large million dollar, multi-discipline projects in the mining, wine, manufacturing, recycling and renewable industries. The development and construction projects that Adam has been involved with Cultivate Construction in include large projects for Baulderstone Hornibrook, John Holland, Boral and Casella Wines. Adam has managed a portfolio of 850 MW of wind farm projects under development in NSW and Victoria. He is familiar with all aspects of wind energy projects and is well connected within the industry. He has also been involved with feasibility studies for solar thermal, integrated solar thermal, solar PV and wave energy projects.

John Eggleston (Senior Project Manager - BE Building)
John has graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Building) from the Footscray Institute of Technology (now Victoria University). John brings over 20 years experience to the RLPM team. His knowledge reaches across the construction industry having been involved in delivering many projects from large to small, in capital cities & regional centres, from commercial & industrial through to institutional. His roles with national construction companies and local builders & developers have given him valuable experience in all aspects of the industry from contract administration through to project management and more recently business development. John obtains results through his ability to engender teamwork amongst all stakeholders, with an emphasis on striving to meet the client’s needs.

Michael McIlveen (Senior Project Manager - BE mech)

Michael is a construction manager with over 10 years experience on large million dollar, multi-discipline projects. Including project/construction management and engineering over a broad range of industrial projects including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and marine disciplines. Additional roles have included design management, site supervision, expediting and project controls. Michael is also experienced in detailed project and shutdown planning utilising either Primavera or Microsoft Project software applications. Michael is a also currently studying an MBA.

Paul Carter (Project Manager - BE ConstMgt)
Paul is a project manager with over 12 years experience on multi-million dollar projects. Multi-discipline projects have included the mining, commercial and residential industries. The development and construction projects that Paul has been involved in include large projects for Multiplex, Rawson Group, Cramptons, Landmark, Nufarm and recently his own developments. The most recent work includes feasibility on commercial projects for Landmark and Nufarm throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Project Management of his own developments have included the delivery of warehouses built to Nufarm and Landmarks specifications. Paul have a degree in Bachelor of Construction Management, Building Engineering.

Ben Casey Project Manager - BE Mech)
Ben has over 15 years experience in steel fabrication and manufacturing, construction and minerals processing. Ben’s knowledge of fabrication, MV electrical, automation control and production management are unsurpassed, which is essential when procuring equipment. Ben is also the Managing Director of Central Milling who specialise in industrial and agricultural minerals processing.
